1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2013 No. 16 "About some questions of use of paid highways" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.06. 2013, 8/27617) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 3:
