About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Part (1) article 15 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544-XIII of July 20, 1995 (repeated publication: 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item f-2) of the following content:
"f-2) process personal data according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133 of July 8, 2011;".
Art. II. – In Item m) article 6 of the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 209-211, 683), with subsequent changes, the words "according to the legislation personal data" shall be replaced with words "personal data according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133 of July 8, 2011,".
Art. III. – In the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122-XV of March 14, 2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 248-251, 699), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:
1. Part (Article 15 to add 2) with the offer: "Processing of personal data during criminal procedure is performed according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133 of July 8, 2011.".
2. Part (Article 211 to add 4) with the words "and the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133 of July 8, 2011.
3. Part (Article 212 to add 1) with words ", according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133 of July 8, 2011.".
Art. IV. – Part (1) article 13 of the Law on the status of the officer on criminal prosecution No. 333-XVI of November 10, 2006 (2006, Art. No. 195-198, 918), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item f-1) of the following content:
