About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with distribution of functions between structural divisions of central office of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

in Item 2 of the word", opened in territorial administration of National Bank (further - territorial administration)" to exclude;

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4.
