1) the order of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of Ukraine of August 20, 2008 No. 37 "About approval of the Inventory with indication of their codes according to UKTVED on which the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine grants the certificate on the right of export (temporary export) of cultural values from the territory of Ukraine", No. 835/15526 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2008;

2) the order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine of June 18, 2012 No. 640 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of Ukraine of 20.08.2008 No. 37", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 9, 2012 at No. 1134/21446.

2. To provide to management of museum case and cultural values (Rozhko V. M.):

1) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Masur T. W.
