About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Territories of the Advancing Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "About the Free Port of Vladivostok"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; No. 29, Art. 4339) following changes:

1) Article 3 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on creation of the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) in which there are risks of deterioration in economic and social situation and monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) with stable social and economic situation included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation are accepted according to requirements of part 1.1 of article 34 of this Federal Law.";

2) in Article 34:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. The territories of the advancing social and economic development are created according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, and taking into account the features established by this Article in the territories of monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for municipalities in which territories the territories of the advancing social and economic development according to this Federal Law are created.";

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:
