About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with distribution of functions between structural divisions of central office of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806, the following changes:

In paragraph one of Item 3 of the Section II formula to state 1) in the following edition:

Item 4 of the Section III to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. Territorial administration based on information of structural division of National Bank which performs function on control of completeness and timeliness of accomplishment by banks of requirements for observance of standard rates of obligatory reservation (further - structural division), within three working days after the end of the period of content returns to bank from the separate account the excessive amount of means which is not subject to reservation during content which came";

3) in the Section IV:

in paragraph one of Item 2 and in Items 3 - the 5th words "territorial administration" in all cases shall be replaced with words "structural division" in the corresponding cases;
