Appointments are provided without restriction of their number and duration in the conditions allowing the employee of the place of detention to see participants of appointment, but not to hear them. Appointments are provided at sight by the notary of the documents confirming its powers and proving his identity. The notary is allowed to carry by on the territory of the place of detention only those objects and documents which are necessary for it for the certificate of the power of attorney, including technical means (devices) intended for seal of documents and copying from documents.".
