1) in Article 3:

a) add Item 5 with words ", its subsidiaries";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the financial organization - the professional participant of the security market, the clearing organization, managing company of investment fund, mutual investment fund and non-state pension fund, specialized depositary of investment fund, mutual investment fund and non-state pension fund, joint-stock investment fund, credit institution, insurance company, non-state pension fund, the organizer of trade, credit consumer cooperative, the microfinancial organization.";

2) in Article 4:

a) to add Item 1 of part 1.1 with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) shareholders - the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities, the public and religious organizations (associations), charity and other foundations (except for investment funds) own no more than twenty five percent of voting shares of joint-stock company, and shareholders - the foreign legal entities and (or) legal entities who are not subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship own no more than forty nine percent of voting shares of joint-stock company.";
