Article 1

Bring in the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4206; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7359; 2012, No. 27, Art. 3587; No. 53, Art. 7596; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4218, 4264; 2015, No. 1, Art. 11; No. 27, Art. 3967; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3299) following changes:

"Items 4 and the 5th Article 185" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding the 2nd Article 48 of the word "Items 3 and 4 of Article 185.1";

2) in Article 154:

a) in Item 2 parts of 1 word "heat energy" to exclude;

b) in Item of 1 part 2 words "heat energy" to exclude;

3) in Article 156:

a) regarding 9.1 words "heat energy" to exclude;

b) regarding 9.2 words of "heat energy" to exclude.

Article 2

Till January 1, 2018 to suspend article 47.1 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; 2014, No. 30, the Art. 4264) regarding holding general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house in the form of correspondence voting with use of the state information system of housing and communal services in the territories of all subjects of the Russian Federation and till July 1, 2019 in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol.

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
