About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 761) the following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) thirty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Derivative securities - securities, the mechanism of release and which addresses it is connected with the right to acquisition or sale throughout the term established by the agreement of underlying asset or with property right (obligation) arising in connection with the change in price of the underlying asset which is the cornerstone of such security. Types of derivative securities, conditions of their release and the address, and also the requirement to their underlying asset are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

b) sixty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-derivative securities;";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in item 4 of part 2 of Article 12 in state language of the word "уч айлык to moonotka" "Alta айлык to moonotka";

3) Article 14 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. Requirements to issuers of publicly offered debt securities are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
