1) in Article 21:

a) in Item 1:

"establishes rules, criteria and procedure for qualification of the generating object functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources or peat as corresponding to the target indicators established according to the main directions of state policy in the field of increase in energy efficiency of power industry.
