RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, the Art. 383, No. 52, the Art. 1669, No. 59, the Art. 1945, No. 62, the Art. 2034, No. 69, the Art. 2277, No. 91, the Art. 3087) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that the selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy which began before entry into force of this resolution is performed according to the procedure determined by this resolution except cases when offers on approval of candidate for the applicant for position of the head of the company, especially important for economy, are made to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine based on the decision of committee to destination of heads especially important for business economics.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777

1. In the resolution:

1) Item 1-1 after words of "satellite communication" to add with words "the chairman of executive body (head) of the economic society performing activities in defense industry complex and the Ukroboronprom State concern transferred in accordance with the established procedure to the control, and";
