"3-1) to extend in original form of the copy of materials of production on criminal prosecution, considered as information constituted according to the procedure, provided by the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic, and drawn up according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About receipt of information";".

2. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4) it is not allowed to disclose any information about the identity of minor suspects, persons accused or the victims without the permission of these persons and their legal representatives.".
