About modification and amendments in the Law on public symbols No. 86 of July 28, 2011
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on public symbols No. 86 of July 28, 2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 478), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
1. In Article 5:
in part (the words "about their introduction in the address and registration" shall be replaced with words 3) "about their registration";
add Article with part (3-1) following of content:
"(3-1) Descriptions and images of the territorial symbols specified in part (1), are published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova along with decrees on their registration in the General armorial of the Republic of Moldova.".
2. In part (Article 6 of the word "about their introduction in the address and registration" shall be replaced with words 3) "about their registration".
