1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision of soft credits to the citizens who are constantly living and working in settlements with population to 20 thousand people on capital repairs and reconstruction of premises, construction of engineering networks, the construction of economic rooms and constructions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 522 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 75" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 5/22208; 2008, No. 6, 5/26438; No. 55, 5/27216; 2010, No. 66, 5/31390; No. 184, 5/32238), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 3:

state part one in the following edition:

"3. Credit agreements on provision of soft credits are signed with citizens within three months from the date of approval of lists by district executive committees on receipt of the soft credits constituted with observance of priority of the citizens needing receipt of these credits (further - lists), proceeding from date of giving by them of applications within the means directed on the purpose of preferential crediting for the corresponding year taking into account accepted by Belarusbank Savings Bank of Obligations according to the Signed Credit Agreements on Provision of Soft Credits, in Form according to Appendix 1. open joint stock company;

in part two of the word "quarterly (not later than month prior to crediting)" shall be replaced with words "no later than 15 days from the date of approval of lists";
