About entering of amendment into the Law on Society of the Red Cross of Moldova No. 139-XV of May 10, 2001

Art. I. – The law on Society of the Red Cross of Moldova No. 139-XV of May 10, 2001 (2001, Art. No. 64-66, 463), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 13-1 of the following content:
"Article 13-1. Privileges on payment of the membership fees
Necessary means for payment of the membership fee of the International federation of societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent are annually provided in the law on the government budget.".
Art. II. – To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
