About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in overall performance of the organizations of agro-industrial complex I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. from subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2011 No. 35 "About the Republican program of equipment by the modern machinery and equipment of the organizations of agro-industrial complex, construction, repair, upgrade of production facilities of these organizations for 2011-2015" (2011, No. 12, 1/12321) of the word "monthly equal shares" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.07. 2014, 1/15160):

in Item 6:

add subitem 6.4 with words ", carrying out complex of the works connected with liming of acid soils";

to exclude from part two of the word "and amount of their financing";

in Item 7:

in subitem 7.1:

after words of "agricultural products" to add the subitem with the words "in the territory of the Republic of Belarus";

add the subitem with parts of the second or sixth of the following content:

"The type and the amount of the direct payments made per unit of the agricultural products realized (made) and (or) sent to processing (conversion) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or per acre the parcel of land, beast, are determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus proceeding from the amounts of budget financing provided on these purposes in the relevant budget for the next financial year.

For transfer of the money allocated for rendering the state support according to part one of this subitem in banks special accounts can be opened.
