ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10194, published on April 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations of Admission of notifications state bodies, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of implementation of activities or certain actions, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the notification on the beginning of production of installation and construction works, according to appendix 3 to this order;

3-1) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities of self-regulatory organization, according to appendix 3-1 to this order;

3-2) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities for artificial animal husbandry which types are included in appendices I and II of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance according to appendix 3-2 to this order;

3-3) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities for energy examination, according to appendix 3-3 to this order;

3-4) form of the notification on approval of services in provision of the microcredits by the microfinancial organization, according to appendix 3-4 to this order;

4) the list of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications according to appendix 4 to this order.";

to be reworded as follows the form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of implementation of activities or certain actions approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form of the notification on the beginning of installation and construction works approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this order;

add with appendices 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4 according to appendices 3, 4 and 5 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the list of the state bodies performing the acceptance of notifications approved by the specified order according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days in the Republican state company "Republican Center of Legal Information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
