About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on domestic trade No. 231 of September 23, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 206-209, 681), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (Article 2 of the word "in appendix to this law." shall be replaced with words 2) "in appendix 1.".

2. In Article 3:

in the concept "trading activity" to replace the word "initiated" with the word "begun", and words", connected with sales of goods," to exclude;

in the concept "Kommersant" of the word "having the operating authority" shall be replaced with words "performing activities";

state the concept "single window" of the following edition:

"single window – the procedure by means of which the body of local public authority checks accuracy of the data, specified by the businessman in the notification on the beginning of trading activity and/or directs filed by the businessman the notification and documents to industry bodies to approval or for receipt of the allowing documents issued by them online, without participation of the businessman;";

after the concept "retail trade" to add Article with the following concepts:

"trade of cash and carry – trade form by the principle of self-service on the basis of the certificate of access; the activities performed by the businessmen selling goods by means of system of self-service to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs including peasant economy, patentees, persons rendering professional services according to the law, and the physical persons registered in the database of the seller for the purposes of resale and/or conversion, and also use in product quality of final consumption with preserving the differentiated mode of retail and wholesale prices;
