1) in Item 2 of Article 8 of the word "its subsidiaries, and affiliates of the insurer" shall be replaced with words "its subsidiaries and affiliates";

To add 2) with Article 13.1 of the following content:

"Article 13.1. National reinsurance company

1. The national reinsurance company is created in form of business of joint-stock company for the purpose of additional protection of valuable interests of insurers and ensuring financial stability of insurers.

During creation of the national reinsurance company hundred percent of its shares belong to the Bank of Russia.
