Article 1

"Subsidies to budget and autonomous institutions concerning which functions and powers of founders perform federal executive bodies, on financial provision of accomplishment by these organizations of the state task for rendering the high-technology medical care which is not included in the basic program of compulsory medical insurance are provided in the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
