1. Approve Technical regulations in the field of the strengthened qualified digital signature (are applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the Order of the director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 64 of 7.12.2006 "About approval of Technical regulations in the field of the digital signature" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 112-116, the Art. 481);
2) the Order of the Director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 32 of 23.06.2010 "About modification and amendments in the Order of the Director of Service of information and safety No. 64 of 7.12.2006" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 No. 110-113, of the Art. 390).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova mister Alexandrou Baltagou.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
