About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for control of vehicles in condition of alcoholic, drug or other intoxication or under the influence of the medicines reducing attention and speed of reaction

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

Part one of Article 25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Paid withdrawal, confiscation of objects and deprivation of the right of control of vehicles can be applied as the main, and additional administrative punishments; deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities - only as additional, other administrative punishments specified in Article part one 24 of this Code can be applied only as the main";

2) in Article 130:

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"Attracts imposing of penalty on drivers in the amount of six hundred free minima of the income of citizens with deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for the term of one year and on other persons - imposing of penalty in the amount of six hundred free minima of the income of citizens";

second and third to state parts in the following edition:

"Making of any, repeated throughout year, of the violations provided by part one of this Article

attracts imposing of penalty on drivers in the amount of one thousand two hundred free minima of the income of citizens with deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for the term of three years and on other persons - imposing of penalty in the amount of one thousand two hundred free minima of the income of citizens with paid withdrawal of the vehicle or without that.
