About distribution of strips of radio frequencies 791-796/832-837 MHz, 796-801/837-842 MHz, 801-806/842-847 MHz

For the purpose of ensuring use of continuous strip of radio frequencies 10 MHz, and also effective redistribution of commercially profitable strips of radio frequencies in the range 790-862 MHz, according to the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" decide the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. To the state communication agency under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- distribute at the cost of 298 803 000 som for each strip of radio frequencies between the operators of telecommunication who signed the lease agreement of strips of radio frequencies 806-811/847-852 MHz, 811-816/852-857 MHz, 816-821/857-862 MHz, the following strips of radio frequencies:

791-796/832-837 MHz;

796-801/837-842 MHz;

801-806/842-847 MHz;

- make redistribution of strips of radio frequencies in the range 790-821/832-862 MHz taking into account establishment of continuous strip 10 MHz to each of the operators specified in this Item.

2. To the state communication agency under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, after introduction of payment by operators of telecommunication specified in Item 1 of this resolution to sign the lease agreement of strips of radio frequencies 791-796/832-837 MHz, 796-801/837-842 MHz, 801-806/842-847 MHz.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit within three-day term to Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic account details for transfer in the republican cash budget, provided in Item 1 of this resolution.
