About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning protection of public health

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 17, 2016

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 3, the Art. 187) the following changes:

Article 2 to add 1) with part 15 of the following content:

"Article 25-1. Palliative care

Palliative care is the incurable patient in terminal (borderline between life and death) disease stages, having significantly limited physical or mental capacities and needing intensive symptomatic therapy, the psychosocial help, long foreign care under the leadership of the doctor in medical institutions or in the form of the out-patient help.

The procedure for rendering palliative care is established by authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of health care.".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the population against tuberculosis" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 315) the following change:
