Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 No. 208-FZ "About joint-stock companies" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 1, Art. 1; 2001, No. 33, Art. 3423; 2006, No. 1, Art. 5; No. 2, Art. 172; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4016; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7607; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1655; No. 30, Art. 4084; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001) following changes:

The paragraph third Item 2 of Article 41 to state 1) in the following edition:

"If the price of placement or procedure for its determination are established by the decision which is the basis for placement by joint-stock company by open subscription of the additional shares or issued securities converted into shares with their payment in money, and information containing in the notification reveals according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about securities, effective period of the privilege cannot be less than twelve working days from the moment of disclosure of such information.";

2) in Article 84.8:

a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. Person who was the single shareholder reorganized in the form of merge or accession of public society and as a result of reorganization became owner more than 95 percent of shares of the public society created by reorganization in the form of merge, or the public society reorganized in the form of accession taking into account the shares belonging to this person and his affiliates within five years from the moment of such reorganization has the right to send the voluntary offer on acquisition of securities of public society, stipulated in Item 1 article 84.1 of this Federal Law to public society.
