Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 1994 No. 77-FZ "About obligatory copy of documents" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 1, Art. 1; 2002, No. 7, Art. 630; 2008, No. 13, Art. 1184; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2305; 2016, No. 15, Art. 2066) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) to add paragraph two after words of "the replicated documents" with the words "and copies of printing editions electronically";

b) the paragraph the eleventh after the words "developmental and technological works" to add with words "the organizations based on which councils on protection of theses for degree of the candidate of science are created, for degree of the doctor of science (further - dissertation councils),";

2) in Article 4:

a) in Item 1:

third to add the paragraph with the words "and statistical recording";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"informing society on achievements of world science and technology.";

b) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Use of obligatory copy of the printing edition electronically and obligatory copy of the thesis is electronically performed according to requirements of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.";

Item 1 of Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. The following document types are part of obligatory copy:

printing editions (text, musical, cartographic, isoeditions) - the editions which underwent publishing processing, printing independently drawn up, having output data;

copy of the printing edition electronically - the electronic copy of the prototype from which the document seal reproducing information containing in the published document (the printing edition) including its text, illustrations and all elements of registration was performed;
