About enforcement of single state identification number of the companies and organizations

For the purpose of inventory count and proper accounting of data on economic agents, and also accomplishment of provisions of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 272 of March 6, 2002. "About measures for creation of the automated information system "State Register of Legal Units" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, N 40-42, Art. 376) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova

1. Determine that:

the companies and the organizations specified in article 3 of the Law N 1265-XIV of October 5, 2000. "About state registration of the companies and organizations" which on acceptance date of this resolution have no single state identification number shall address till January 1, 2004 to territorial offices of the State registration chamber behind assignment of single state identification number (IDNO) by it;

assignment of IDNO is performed during the established period consistently and free of charge.

2. For assignment of single state identification number of the company and the organization, specified in Item 1, represent the following documents to territorial offices of the State registration chamber:

a) certificate of registration;

b) certificate on assignment of fiscal code;

c) certificate on assignment of statistical code;

d) heads and founders - physical persons - the certificate on IDNO assignment.

3. To the ministries, departments and financial institutions processing data on the companies and the organizations till January 1, 2004:

provide compliance of information systems for use of the IDNO code as single state identification number;

bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this resolution.

4. Oblige the main state tax authorities and the Ministry of information technologies and bonds:

1) to make offers on change of the legislation in a month for the purpose of:
