Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of May 5, 2014 No. 84-FZ "About features of legal regulation of the relations in the field of education in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 19, Art. 2289; 2015, No. 1, Art. 42; No. 44, Art. 6048) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "in 2014 - 2016" "in 2014 - 2018";
To add 2) with part 3.3 following of content:
"3.3. Persons who received in 2017 or 2018 in the educational organizations located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, the certificate about the secondary general education by results of the State Final Examination having the right to arrive in year of receipt of the specified certificate on training in programs of bachelor degree and programs of specialist programme in the choice based on results of the unified state examination and (or) by results of the entrance tests conducted by the educational organization of the higher education independently.".
