About modification of appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548

1. Make change to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, to No. 61, the Art. 2439), having stated Item 9-1-in the following edition:
"9-1. Minagropolitiki in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance establishes:
rates and the paid services provided by public institutions of veterinary medicine except rates for carrying out inspections (examinations) which are the basis for issue of documents of allowing nature which affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
the maximum wholesale selling prices on ethyl alcohol.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
