According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2015 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the address of collection at the expense of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and state-financed organizations according to writs of execution or writs, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. ZRU-396:
1. Make additions to Regulations on procedure for the address of collection according to executive documents at the expense of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and on financial liabilities of state-financed organizations, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 13, 2014 No. 120 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 5, the Art. 46), according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
