1. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes, Moldova No. 279 approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of December 1, 2011. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 216 - 221, Art. 2008), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Item 1 the subitem g) after the text "principle I" to add with the text "and liquidity on repayment periods – the principle III".

Item 1 to add 2) with subitems v) and w) the following content:

"v) Daily report of remaining balance on synthetic accounts (appendix No. 22);
