No. 78-81, 199) DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of primary reports by banks for determination and supervision of credit risk.

2. Since September 16, 2016 to declare invalid appendix No. 12 (The report on credit portfolio and credit obligations) to the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes, approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279 of December 1, 2011. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 216-221, 2008).

3. This resolution becomes effective on July 1, 2016.
