About introduction of amendments to the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60 of March 30, 2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60 of March 30, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 155-159, 508), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. State Article 49 in the following edition:
"Article 49. Compensation on transport servicing
(1) Compensation on the drive in public urban, suburban and intercity transport (except for taxi) and annual compensation for expenses on transport servicing represent compensation on transport servicing.
(2) Compensation on transport servicing is provided at least once a quarter to persons with limited musculoskeletal opportunities, to persons with the heavy and expressed restrictions of opportunities, to children with limited opportunities, and also to persons accompanying persons with heavy restrictions of opportunities or children with limited opportunities at the place of residence from the government budget at the expense of the transfers of special purpose allocated to budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level.
(Persons with heavy restrictions of musculoskeletal opportunities can choose 3), according to the statement, instead of compensation specified in part (2), the right to import once in seven years, with exemption of import payments, the vehicle provided on a grant basis (donation), intended for transportation of persons with limited musculoskeletal opportunities (re-equiped as appropriate), classified by goods item 8703, irrespective of useful life according to provisions of the Customs code, Tax code and Law on customs tariff.
(4) the Procedure for provision and the amount of compensation which differ depending on category of receivers and residence (areas/municipium) are established by the Government.".
