About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of legal regime of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Water code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 24, the Art. 189):

Part one of Article 16 to add 1) with Item 9-2 of the following content:

"9-2) issue of permissions to special water use of water objects in exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash";

2) in Article 49:

the second to add part with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"The central executive body realizing state policy in the field of development of water economy - in case of use of water of water objects in exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash";

after part seven to add with new part of the following content:

"By consideration and acceptance by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of development of water economy, the decision on provision of permission or refusal in provision of permission to special water use in exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the requirement of part five - the seventh this Article are not applied".

With respect thereto the eighth - the tenth to consider parts respectively parts nine of the eleventh;

Shall be replaced with words 3) in part two of Article 50 of the word "up to three years" "for three years";

Article 54 to add 4) with part three of the following content:
