Questions of compensation of employees of the centers of social services for family, children and youth

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make change to appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699, No. 52, Art. 2389; 2005, No. 40, the Art. 2544), having added it with the Section XXXIV of the following content:

Determine that in case of reduction in connection with adoption of this resolution of the salary (without award) at certain employees of the centers of social services for family, children and youth on operating time on post the difference between the salary (without award) established before entry into force of this resolution and the salary (without award) established on new payment terms of work is paid to such workers irrespective of change of the name of position.
