1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order No. 333-O of 31.07.2014 column 8 of the form of the Decision on settlement to change and state in the following edition:

"8. Final and transitional provisions:

- Voluntary payment of the calculated customs obligation is performed by the customs payer / third solidary responsible person into the account of the government budget on the customs payments paid in the advance payment (the ECO code 518300), according to the following banking data: receiver: Ministry of Finance; IBAN code: MD77TRPAAA518300A01344AA; fiscal code: 1006601000037; operator receiver: The Ministry of Finance – the State Treasury, within 10 calendar days from the date of bringing to data of the decision on settlement.

- According to Art. 228 of the h. (4) the Tax code and Art. 129 of h (2-1) and (2-2) Customs codes, penalty fee are charged without decision making and is reflected in front card of the customs payer. Charge of penalty fee and its reflection in front card of the customs payer are performed monthly for the period time from the date of when the amounts of the corresponding customs obligations be paid, before date of their repayment.

- Cancellation of the customs obligation is performed by correction of calculated amounts. In case of payment of the customs obligation the paid amount returns to the personal accounting account of the customs payer within 15 calendar days from the date of approval of the Decision on settlement.
