About change of the Methodological regulations of application in 2015 of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance approved by the joint Order MZ and NMSK No. 400/219-A of 28.05.2015.

I. In the Methodological regulations of application in 2015 of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance (Chapter IV "Payment method and criteria concerning the conclusion of contracts with suppliers for rendering medical services") approved by the joint Order of the Ministry of Health and National medical insurance company No. 400/219-A of May 28, 2015 to make the following changes:

1. Item 144 is reworded as follows:

"144. The annual amount for accomplishment of performance indicators constitutes 24 705,9 thousand lei, including:

- indicator of 1 - 21 107,5 of one thousand lei;

- indicator 2 – 3 598,4 of one thousand lei."

2. Item 172 is reworded as follows:

"172. The most limiting amount intended on expensive consumable materials within the special programs specified in punkte165 the subitem e), constitutes 29 567,9 thousand lei."
