The regulations on procedure for execution of resolutions and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (further – the Provision) determine the bodies responsible for execution of resolutions or decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (further – Court), the mechanism of execution of measures of individual and general nature, and also development and submission of plans and reports on actions to Committee of ministers of the Council of Europe (further – Committee of ministers).
