About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Main state tax authorities of May 17, 2016 No. 455

1. Approve changes in appendices No. 1, 2 and 4 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 455 of May 17, 2016 about approval of forms of reports on the dividends which are subject to payment in the budget by joint-stock companies and about assignments from net profit of the state and municipal companies (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 140-149, 985) the following content:

1) In appendix No. 1 to the specified order:

in the text stated in line 5.2 appendices, figure "2.3" to replace with figure "2.2";

in the text stated in line 5.3 appendices, figure "2.2" to replace with figure "2.3";

in the text stated in line 7.2 appendices, the text "to p. 5.3 –" to replace with p. 6.3 with the text "p. 5.2 – p. 6.2";

in the text stated in line 7.3 appendices, the text "to p. 5.2 –" to replace with p. 6.2 with the text "p. 5.3 – p. 6.3".

2) In the subitem 7 of Item 1 of appendices No. 2 and 4 to the specified order:

"on July 1" to replace syntagma with syntagma "till June 30 inclusive".

2. To provide to general management of methodology of taxes and fees of GGNI publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and to bring it to the attention of structural divisions of the State Tax Administration.
