In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 180 of October 12, 2015 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 324-329/2283) to make the following changes and additions.
Chapter 8 "Repayment of obligations to the national public budget by compensation, transition of payments from one payment type to another and return of payments to current accounts of taxpayers" to add with Item 8.11 in the following edition:
"The payments arriving from sale of the block of shares as a result of privatization
8.11. Means from sale of the block of shares as a result of privatization (the ECO code 415210), arriving in the government budget, return based on the applications submitted by payers to the Agency of public property with appendix of supporting documents. Afterwards the Agency of public property will provide to the Ministry of Finance (head department of the State Treasury) the list of documents for return of paid amounts for processing and execution of payment documents.
