For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of parts (5), (7), (9) Article 79-3 and Item i) article 136 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 101 of February 5, 2013. "About approval of the standard forms confirming residence and payment by nonresidents of the income tax in the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art.
