1. The regulations on procedure for acquisition by employees of the companies of securities at par value (further - the Provision) are developed according to provisions of the Law on privatization.
2. This provision establishes procedure and conditions of acquisition for money at par value to 20% of shares of the privatized joint-stock companies (further - the companies) persons having the right to it according to provisions of the Law on privatization.
3. Requirements of this provision extend to the companies falling under operation of the Law N 1309-XIV of October 19, 2000. "About privatization of the companies of tobacco and wine industry" and which according to the current legislation shall offer for sale up to 20% of the shares belonging in the authorized capital to the state for the workers for whom at the time of entry into force of the decision on sale of shares the company is permanent place of employment, and to former employees: to persons who worked at this company at least 10 years; to persons dismissed after entry into force of the Law on privatization in connection with staff reduction, reorganization of the company, discrepancy of post or the performed work, for health reasons, irrespective of length of service at this company; to persons undergoing compulsory military service or alternative service; to persons elected to the state elective offices (further - workers).
