About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About seeds"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About seeds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 6, the Art. 231) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

c) to state item 4 of part 3 in the following edition:

"4) seed-growing economy;";

2) in Article 4:

a) declare Item 3 invalid;

b) to add Item 6 after the words "about grade conclusion" with the words "and hybrid";

Paragraph two of Item 3 of article 6 after words of "seeds of grades" to add 3) with the words "and hybrids";

4) in Item 2 of Article 7 of the word "Seed Companies" shall be replaced with words "Seed-growing farms";

Item 7 of Article 11 to declare 5) invalid.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
