About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 5, the Art. 203) the following changes:

Part 5 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Members of the family of person petitioning for provision of the status of the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic or members of the family of the refugee (further - family members) - the spouse (a), their minor children and other relatives who are in his (her) dependence on condition of their cohabitation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Part 8 of Article 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The procedure for consideration of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
