Persons having education documents of the organizations of education realizing the educational programs of technical and professional, postsecondary education which confirmed qualification and having length of service in at least one year in addition submit one of the following documents:
1) service record;
2) the record of service (the list of data on work, labor activity of the worker) signed by the employer, certified by seal of the organization (in case of its availability);
3) the archive reference containing data on labor activity of the worker.
The citizen for participation in tender for receipt of the educational grant specifies the specialty chosen by it and higher educational institution in the statement.
