Paragraph one of footnote of appendix No. 1 to Rules of carrying out sea scientific research in internal sea waters, in the territorial sea, in exclusive economic zone and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2004 No. 391 "About approval of Rules of carrying out sea scientific research in internal sea waters, in the territorial sea, in exclusive economic zone and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and about entering of amendment into Item 9 of the Procedure for creation, operation and use of artificial islands, constructions and installations in internal sea waters and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 32, Art. 3338), to add with words "(in the presence)".
2. In Regulations on the award of academic degrees approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 24, 2013 No. 842 "About procedure for award of academic degrees" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 40, Art. 5074; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2629):
a) the fourth Item 24 to add the paragraph with words "(in the presence)";
b) third Item 32 after words "seal of the organization" to add the paragraph with words "(in the presence)";
c) the paragraph one of Item 56 to add with words "(in the presence)";
d) to add Item 57 paragraph two after words of "seal of the legal entity" with words "(in the presence)";
