About some questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename Committee of ecological regulation, control and state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Create territorial authorities of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) republican public institution "Southern interregional management of the state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Rename republican public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of ecological regulation, control and the state inspection in oil and gas complex of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 2014 No. 994 "Questions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, Art. No. 55-56, 544) the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
