About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of tax administration, according to articles 85 and 86 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application and accounting of forms of the strict reporting of invoices under the value added tax and forms of tax statements on indirect taxes" of April 20, 2011 No. 177 the following amendments and change:

in Regulations on the procedure for application and accounting of forms of the strict reporting of invoices under the value added tax approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 25-1 of the following content:

"25-1. In case of primary receipt of series and numbers on industry blank forms of the invoices VAT the leviable subject shall provide to tax authority in the place of tax registration the statement on assignment of series and numbers to industry forms to the invoices VAT (DOC STI-015) in form according to appendix 16, with indication of the need for numbers at the rate of the monthly requirement increased on the number of the remained months until the end of the year.";
