About modification of the Regulations on alienation by the National Bank of Ukraine of the property acquired in property on account of debt repayment on the credits provided to banks of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on alienation by the National Bank of Ukraine of the property acquired in property on account of debt repayment on the credits provided to banks of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 16, 2014 No. 218, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2014 on No. 543/25320 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 24, 2015 No. 487), the following changes:

Item 12 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"12. Purchase of services of the subject of estimative activities which will determine market price of property, and also person who will carry out reviewing of the valuation report of property, Ukraine which is carried out by National Bank according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation, normative and legal and administrative acts of National Bank";
